- What Are Eternity® Flowers?
Our eternity® flowers come from the lush, vibrant rose fields of South America. Each rose is carefully cultivated until it reaches full bloom. From there, each flower is picked in its prime state, dehydrated, preserved, and dyed to give them the bright and vibrant colors you’ve come to love and expect. Learn more about our eternity flowers.
- Where Did Venus et Fleur Come From?
Because roses are a symbol of love, it’s only fitting that Venus et Fleur® was born from a love story. The company was founded by Sunny Chadha, an entrepreneur, and Seema Bansal, a former marketing and creative executive, in the midst of their budding romantic relationship. Venus et Fleur launched in 2015 and has since flourished into an innovative luxury gifting brand disrupting the floral industry and leading the way in preserved florals.
- Are the Eternity Flowers Real?
Yes! All of our eternity flowers are 100% real, fresh cut and are grown in various countries around the world including Ecuador and Japan.
- Do Eternity Flowers Really Last A Year?
Our eternity flowers will last a year or more. They outshine regular store-bought flowers that typically last a week and then get thrown away. Aside from their long-lasting beauty, you can also enjoy the lovely scent for two to three weeks longer than you would with traditional flowers.
- How Do Eternity Flowers Last a Year?
To ensure long-lasting florals that provide aesthetic appeal for months on end, we use a proprietary non-toxic solution and color pigmentation process to keep the freshness of the flowers and then dye them with a wide array of lovely colors. - Can I Take the Flowers Out of The Box?
No. For optimal appearance, customers cannot take the flowers out of the box. They are happy there and meant to stay inside for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. During the creation of each custom floral arrangement, the flowers are meticulously placed within the box. Removing them will damage and ruin the arrangement.
- How Do I Care for My Eternity Flowers?
Because our eternity flowers last a year, one might assume that they need a lot of care to continue looking their best. However, with our eternity flowers, care is minimal. - What care instructions do you recommend for maintaining the quality of my handcrafted decor?
Given the artisanal nature of our creations, we advise handling any piece from The Perennial Collection with the utmost care.
For select pieces like the Rosette Tall Vessel, which feature a natural, untreated surface, please be aware that this material may be prone to fingerprints and stains.In case of any blemishes, gently spot clean using a soft, damp cloth and mild, dye-free detergent if needed.For all other pieces, especially our Floral and Champagne Wine Glasses, please be aware that these are not dishwasher safe.
- How are Venus et Fleur's handcrafted pieces made and what materials are used?
The Perennial Collection showcases meticulously crafted items, forged by seasoned artisans from around the world, boasting a heritage steeped in sculptural mastery.Our pieces are made of ceramic, porcelain, and marble stone-each carved from a single, solid block of stone.
- What makes these products one-of-a-kind? How do I know they're unique to me?
Handcrafted by revered artisans around the world, each piece is inherently unique to its owner.Some of our pieces are limited-edition, crafted in exclusive batches.
For these, we include a special card for our clients, acknowledging their unique status.
- How long will my home decor pieces last?
Every piece in the Perennial Collection is crafted with the highest quality materials, such as ceramic, porcelain, and marble and ensured to last generations.
- What if I receive broken pieces?
Our teams are dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience, from the moment of purchase to delivery.However, if a piece arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@venusetfleur.com, and we'll swiftly assist in resolving the issue.
- Are my pieces covered by warranty or guarantee?
Our Home Guarantee ensures that all of our home and tabletop pieces meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.It covers any defects in materials or workmanship, as well as malfunctions under normal use.If you encounter any issues, simply reach out to our dedicated customer service team at info@venusetfleur.com.
- Can I visit a showroom or boutique to view your home decor in person?
Yes, we have boutiques in select locations in the US where you can experience our home and tabletop decor firsthand.Please refer to our retail boutique locator for more details.
- Do you offer international shipping for your home decor?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping for most of our home and tabletop pieces.
A few of our handcrafted vases are sold in retail boutiques only due to limited availability.

- No Contact Hand Delivery
Our delivery team follows all CDC guidelines and recommendations for all hand deliveries.Prior to the arrival, the recipient will receive a phone call to inform them of the delivery.Upon arrival, our delivery personnel will leave the package on the ground, ring the bell, walk back 6' or more and wait on the customer to accept the delivery.

- What Is Your Shipping Policy?
At Venus et Fleur, the way we ship your Eternity® Flowers depends on the size of the arrangement and where you are having your flowers delivered. If your flowers are being hand-delivered by our concierge service as mentioned above, then your arrangement will be delivered the same day or the next day they are ordered - depending on the cutoff for your location. Deliveries throughout the U.S. will ship through FedEx or UPS. Do you want to send Eternity® Flower to a friend or loved one who is overseas? At Venus et Fleur, we also offer shipping to more than 50 countries throughout the world! With that in mind, most international orders may take additional processing time for order or identity verification for orders that have been flagged. If there are complications with your order, then our team will send you a notification to alert you of the delay.We offer multiple shipping options at checkout for your convenience.
- Do You Accept Returns?
Unfortunately, our arrangements of Eternity@ Flowers from Venus et Fleur@ are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. Our hope, at Venus et Fleur, is that you fall in love with your gorgeous arrangement. We offer an extensive selection of different styles and colors, allowing you to find the perfect arrangement for anyone on your list. If you have any questions about our return policy or our arrangements, please don't hesitate to contact Venus et Fleur@ today! Return policy on candles and fragrances: we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the items have not been removed from their original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded.
- Can I Order Online and Pick-Up At a Store?
Due to the uniqueness and design of each arrangement, and a few subtle differences between our available retail and online products, we are unable to process orders online for store pickup at this time.
- Order Flagged As Fraud?
Occasionally an order may be held by our fraud prevention team for further review. You will receive an emailnotification if this is the case. Please follow the instructions provided and send the required document(s) toinfo@venusetfleur.com We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customer privacy and security is a toppriority for us.
- Order Arrived Damaged?
In the event that you see any damages to your arrangement or home products from Venus et Fleur, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. Our customer service team is available for you by emailing info@venusetfleur.com or calling us at 1-800-808-9830.

When Venus et Fleur first launched in 2015, we only offered a few different arrangements of our Eternity@ Flowers. l Since then, our collection has grown to include a variety of styles, shapes, colors and box materials. Although we have hundreds of different arrangements for you to choose from, there may be times when you are looking for something specific to give to the one you love. Luckily, at Venus et Fleur we give you the option of customizing your very own arrangement of Eternity Flowers! We offer a selection of 35 different custom designs, and 24 different flora; colors, including mint green, metallic rose gold, rainbow, and so many more! There are endless possibilities, design your own arrangement now!
