2. Product not delivered or received

3, Return window is 7 days

4. If the product is damaged, we will pay for the shipping cost to offer a return or exchange

5. The refund will be processed within 5 days after the product is returned and received

Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified after a 24 hours time frame once the order has been placed. Will you replace my arrangement if I am not satisfied with it?

If you receive an arrangement that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right. Please use the Contact Us form or email info@exoticetfleur.com and provide us with the following information:

· Full Name

· Order Number

· Date of Purchase

· Shipping Address

· 2-3 images showing the damage

Cancel Order Policy: Our service team will hold your order for 24 hours and contact you in 24 hours to confirm your order to make sure you order the correct product.

Attention:

1,If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours, labor and materials charge may occur

2, If you want to cancel your order when your order is complete and ready to ship or on the way to you, we might reject your cancellation or charge full product price with shipping cost.
